Overview
VIETNAM HOLDING LTD. (VNH) is an investment company which raised USD 112.5 million in equity at its launch in 2006. Incorporated in the Cayman Islands, with a large base of Swiss investors, it was listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM Market in June 2006.

The company’s investment portfolio is managed by VIETNAM HOLDING ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD., an investment management firm with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with a subsidiary in Zurich. (www.vnham.com.)

The primary investment focus of VNH is on the privatization of state-owned enterprises in Vietnam. With considerable international talent and an unusually strong presence of experienced Vietnamese members on its management team, boards and advisory council, VNH is well positioned to select and deliver to its investors the financial benefits of these SOE privatizations.

Logo
The golden diamond at the center of the company logo is an ancient symbol for wealth, while the dome-shaped figure protecting it represents the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam and a subject of national pride. The circular shape of the logo itself refers to unity, perfection and inclusion, while the red tone conveys richness and good luck.
