Jean-Christophe Ganz, Chairman
Jean-Christophe Ganz, served in several senior management positions with ING Bank in Geneva, Bratislava and Zurich, as well as more recently as a business consultant specializing in M&A, privatizations, and corporate restructuring. He has also served on the boards of several private equity investment companies active in real estate development and financial asset management. Mr. Ganz holds a law degree from the University of Lausanne.

Vu Quang Thinh, CEO and Vice-Chairman
Mr. Thinh joined VNHAM after more than 20 years in senior level positions in investment management and financial consulting with both major international organizations and private companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of SGI Capital, an investment management firm as part of the Saigon Invest Group. Previously he was managing partner of MCG Management Consulting, which he founded and led through numerous high-level assignments for both global and local companies. Prior to founding MCG, he was head of the management consulting practice of KPMG in Vietnam where he did extensive restructuring work with several State Owned Enterprises. Mr. Thinh holds an MBA from Washington State University, and a BS degree in Mathematical Economics from the Hanoi National Economic University.

Vuong Van Anh, Senior Research Investment Manager
Van Anh joined VNHAM as Financial Controller in Hanoi in November 2007. She relocated to our Ho Chi Minh City office in early 2010 as an Investment Analyst and the main coordinator for the important ESG project. With her strong financial background and experience of four years as a Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers(Vietnam) Limited and more than four years as an Investment/ESG Analyst for Vietnam Holding Asset Management, Van Anh was promoted to Senior Operation Manager and Investment Manager in December 2011 and Senior Investment Manager in June 2014. Van Anh holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University. She is member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Ms. Nguyen Thao Quynh, Portfolio Strategy Manager

Mrs. Nguyen Quynh has extensive experience in the financial industry and the Vietnamese stock market. After 10 years with major financial companies such as Dong A Bank Securities Company Ltd (DAS), Thien Viet Securities JSC (TVS), and Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC), she has accumulated outstanding experience in accounting, finance, and investment management. Quynh has obtained a Masters in Science in International Business (MSc IB) from Skema Business School (France), and a Masters in Business Administration from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management. Prior to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Credit from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City and a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She joined VNHAM in September 2014 as an Investment Research Manager and was promoted as a Portfolio Strategic Manager in July 2017.

David Kadarauch, Portfolio Strategy Manager

David has nearly 30 years of experience in the equities business, first training as an equities analyst in London with Jardine Fleming Securities, before being country head of research for the firm in, successively, India, South Korea, and Thailand, where his teams regularly garnered top rankings in the leading international surveys. He then was co-CEO of ABN Amro's locally-listed Thai equities business, the largest broker in Thailand at the time, before becoming the managing director for Poland for Wood & Co, a leading independent investment bank in Eastern Europe. He has held prominent roles in the Vietnam stock market for the past seven years, including the past three at Vietnam Holding Asset Management. David holds an MA in economics from Cambridge University.

Truong Hai Hung, Risk & Compliance Manager
Mr. Truong Hai Hung has extensive knowledge and experience in banking and finance having worked in those industries for more than 20 years. Before joining VNHAM in August 2016, he was Head of Trust and Securities Services Operations at Deutsche Bank HCMC. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Capital Markets at Calyon CIB Vietnam from 1996 to 2007, the CEO of Hung Vuong Securities Company from 2007 to 2010, and most recently a Director of Navibank Securities Company HCMC Branch. Mr. Hung holds a BA in Economics from the Moscow Institute of International Relations, and an MBA from the French-Vietnamese Management School in Hanoi. He is also a Certified Asset Management Practitioner in Vietnam.
